Ever notice how the smell of dinner can linger long after you've finished eating?

Cooking releases more than just smells into your home.

Depending on what you're cooking and how you're cooking it, you can also release tiny airborne particles, gases, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Some of those pollutants don't have a noticeable smell at all.

So while your kitchen might smell perfectly normal an hour after dinner, that doesn't necessarily mean everything cooking released into the air is gone.
