Our customers always call us before they make a major purchase. The main reason, our customers know we'll approach the situation as expert advisers with honest feedback. Many times, our approach resulted in retooling and rebuilding an existing machine, or finding a used machine and building to the customer's specifications. This usually results in putting the machine back in production at pennies on the dollar compared to purchasing new. But, in some instances, a new machine was in the customers' best interest and we're highly capable of advising on the new purchase.
