Need a holiday stress buster? Too chilly to move, you say? Are you home for the holidays and looking for classes to keep your workouts going strong? Do you finally have some time to take a class?

These Barre and Mat Pilates classes at the Watchung Arts Center will surely turn up the heat. As an added bonus, you'll have the opportunity to view some art on exhibit. If you haven't been to the WAC, it used to be a schoolhouse and is super charming.

Oh, and the classes? They are mindful. They are creative. They are challenging but also inclusive. All fitness levels welcome.

We start classes at the Watchung Arts Center on Monday, November 24 and will serve coffee and homemade treats on Wednesday, November 26 to welcome home college students and family visiting from out of town.
