Infertility can take over your life and leave you feeling out of control. It makes trying to conceive a heartbreaking and stressful time, creating feelings of hopelessness, failure and grief. I work with women struggling with infertility and am in a unique position to help having been through fertility issues and IVF treatment myself, so I understand what you are experiencing. Through coaching and mentoring I will help you:
• Feel more in control of your fertility journey and life outside infertility.
• Create a plan to support you emotionally
• Learn how to cope as a couple and strengthen your relationship
• Deal with your fears about infertility and treatment
• Pick up the pieces following unsuccessful treatment
• Have hope that you will be ok whatever the outcome of treatment
