Why do we use kickboards in our lessons?
​Taking arms out of the equation forces swimmers to rely purely on their core and kick. Here is why it is one of our favorite pool tools:
​- Mastering Body Position: It teaches kids how to stay flat and streamlined. If your hips tilt or you break that straight line, your feet will instantly drop.
- Perfecting the Flutter Kick: It builds kick strength and endurance while correcting big, bending knees or irregular kicking patterns.
- Instant Feedback: Swimmers quickly feel that small, steady, fast kicks are what generate propulsion, without a strong kick, you don't move.

Learning to swim should feel like play!
​While there is tons of specialized pool gear out there, we choose to use everyday toys and equipment, the exact kind your kids play with at pool parties, on holiday, or at home.
​By structuring our lessons around familiar items, we teach kids how to play safely and have fun anywhere they swim, whether they are in a lesson with us or splashing around on vacation.

Since 2018, so many incredible little stars have walked through our doors, and every single one holds a special place in our hearts.
​Even after they move on from their lessons with us, we still think of them often and cheer them on from afar. Our biggest hope has always been to leave them with more than just swimming skills, we want them to carry forward confidence, resilience, and the courage to conquer hard things, make new friends, and face new challenges head-on.
​To all our past and present swimmers: we are so proud of you!
