Self-care, but make it a self-check.

✅ Five minutes. Once a month. That's the whole commitment. Look. Feel. Include the armpits. Swipe for the how-to.

Book it like a standing date with yourself: a few days after your period ends, or the same date every month if you no longer have periods. The point isn't to go looking for trouble. It's to know your normal so well that anything new stands out.

⚠️ One thing to be clear on: a self-check doesn't replace a clinical exam or a mammogram. Notice something different? Speak to your doctor or clinic. Sooner beats later, every time.
