A mash-up of everything she loves, and a little reflection of who she is at her very core. A little galaxy magic, a little bit of mystery, a little bit of a fighter and a little hardcore Korn. 💖

One of the strongest and bravest women I know. A gentle soul with a fierce spirit, an incredible mother, a loving partner, and a woman who continues to astonish me with her resilience, her courage, and the way she shows up for the people she loves.

Every time we catch up, I’m reminded of just how much you’ve overcome, how much you’ve grown, and how much you continue to conquer. You are such a strong woman, and it’s a privilege to witness even a small part of your journey.

Beetles have long been associated with transformation, resilience, protection and renewal. Their symbolism often speaks to the ability to move through change, adapt, and emerge into something new.

And much like this new chapter and season of your life, I know you will be rewarded for every part of your journey. You are such a beautiful soul, and I hope this little beetle serves as a reminder of just how far you’ve come, and all that is still unfolding. 💖

FOR HER. 🤍

This morning was a very special morning run with the girls at Koffie en Kilometers.

A run for her.

For the women who didn’t make it home safe.
For every girl who runs, walks, travels, works and lives with that little voice telling her to be careful.

And as I ran alongside all these incredible women in silence, I felt this invisible bond between us.

No words needed. Just women showing up for women.

I pour my heart, sweat, tears and energy into creating a space that feels like home. But an empty space is still just an empty space.

It only truly feels safe when we create that safety for one another.

When we rise up.
When we show up.
When we speak up.

As a women owned and women run studio, this hits incredibly close to home.

So today, and every day:

Look out for her.
Check that she got home.
Help her feel safe.

FOR HER. 🤍

My heart is with every family and friend affected by this heartbreaking chapter. There are women who should still be here, and people who should not have to learn how to live without them.
