For our women runners, sports bra chafe is an all too common problem, especially on longer runs, hot and sweaty days or when running in the rain.

Repetitive movement, moisture and friction from the band, straps or seams can gradually irritate the skin, often without you noticing until it’s too late.

Before your run, apply our anti chafe balm to the areas where your sports bra tends to rub. A thin, even layer helps reduce friction and protect your skin.
