Every minute counts when it comes to 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲. Knowing the warning signs, understanding your risk factors and acting quickly could make a life-changing difference. One simple way to remember what to look for is 𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧:

𝗙 - Face: Does one side of the person's face droop when they smile?
𝗔 - Arms: Can they raise both arms, or does one arm drift downwards?
𝗦 - Speech: Is their speech slurred, unclear or difficult to understand?
𝗧 - Time: If you notice any of these signs, call emergency services immediately. Don't wait to see if the symptoms improve.
