Hi, I'm Heidi, and I'm turning 58 years young this Wednesday!

I'm the founder of Simply You Oxygen Enriched Ozone Therapy & Wellness Clinic, but before anything else, I'm a nurse at heart.

When I lost my nursing position, I found myself at a crossroads. I could either give up doing what I loved, or I could create a place where I could continue caring for people in a more personal way. That's how Simply You was born.

Helping people has never been just a job for me—it's who I am.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone regain their health, find hope again, or simply leave my clinic with a genuine smile on their face. I believe that even the smallest act of kindness can change someone's day.

One of my favourite sayings is:

"Be that person."

Be the person who listens.
Be the person who cares.
Be the person who gives hope.
Be the person who makes someone smile.

That is exactly what I strive to be every single day.

When you visit Simply You, I want you to feel comfortable from the moment you step out of your car. I want you to feel welcomed as you walk through the doors into my little place of healing.

I want Simply You to become your safe haven—a place where you can relax, breathe, ask questions, and feel encouraged about your health journey.

I don't believe in rushing patients.

I believe every person deserves time, compassion, and to feel heard. You are never just another appointment in my diary. I want every patient to know they matter, and that they are never a burden.

Health journeys are not always easy, but I believe there is always room for hope, support, and encouragement.

My goal is to walk alongside you, helping you feel positive, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
