Pilates if done correctly with mindfulness gives you the time to focus only on ur body and forget about the outside world. Often other things seem more important but remember u only have one body and it deserves the attention to.

Here's to having a stronger body from the inside out ✨️🧘🏻‍♀️

The Reformer ✨

More than just a piece of Pilates equipment — the Reformer is designed to challenge your strength, stability, flexibility and control.

🖤 The springs provide adjustable resistance
🖤 The moving carriage challenges your balance and core control
🖤 The straps allow for a wide range of upper- and lower-body exercises
🖤 It can be adapted for beginners through to advanced.
🖤 Pilates focuses on controlled, precise movement rather than simply moving heavy loads

The result? A workout that can challenge your whole body while encouraging better movement and body awareness. ✨
