N-Lightened Self I am a Pharmacist, Registered Naturopath, NLP, CBT and EMDR Practitioner (IPHM, NCCAP and CMA Certified).

Naturopathic & Holistic Health Alchemist; NLP, EMDR, EFT & CBT Practioner; Speaker
Combining the Ancient wisdom of Naturopathy with Modern Science and Neuroplasticity, I aim to guide you through the process of rediscovery of yourself and achieve balance N-Lightened Self is a naturopathic wellness and integrative coaching service that combines holistic healing practices, personalised wellness plans and natural remedies to help clients achieve optimal health, personal growth, and overcome obstacles to create a fulfilling life. I have spent over two decades in the healthcare industry, steering and guiding others toward achieving wellness. During this time, I embarked on a journey to provide myself and others with a blueprint for a holistic wellness development plan. Navigating my own healing journey ignited my passion for holistic transformation. This powerful and cathartic journey – my “Long Walk Home”, as I fondly call it – was filled with many blessings, and just as many lessons. It also afforded me the capacity to hold space for others in an authentic and vulnerable manner. It came as no surprise then that, when presented with the opportunity to be a catalyst for holistic personal growth, I jumped into the unknown, embracing this change with equal amounts of trepidation, faith and excitement. My experience and qualifications cemented my competence at empowering others to overcome challenges and tap into their strengths, allowing them to create positive change by providing them with the guidance, tools and strategies needed for a holistic transformation. I am excited about this next level of life, as I face it with equal amounts of fear and faith.

You can know your pattern inside out and still find yourself living it. Part of the reason is that the pattern doesn't only live in your thoughts. It lives in your body.

In sessions I often see it before anyone says a word. A tight jaw. Shoulders near the ears. Breath high and quick. Eyes that keep checking the room. A body that can't sit still, and words that rush out without landing.

That's a nervous system that has spent a long time outside its window of tolerance, the range where you can feel things fully and still think clearly. Regulation means you can be pushed out of that window and find your way back with ease. When a body has been braced for years, that way back has to be rebuilt.

That's why my work starts with nervous system repair and then moves to the mind. When the body feels safe enough to soften, the beliefs that keep the pattern running become much easier to change.

Where do you feel it most?

The woman who keeps choosing the same man isn't confused about what she wants ... she's trained. At some point, what was unsafe became familiar. And what is familiar became what feels like love.

The moment she meets him, her body says yes - not because he's right, but because he's recognisable.

She's not weak. She's not blind. She's patterned. And the pattern was written before she was old enough to question it.

That's the work. Not the choice ... but what made the choice feel inevitable.

You've already understood this. For a long time.

You know the pattern. You've traced it back. You understand where it came from. You can name it clearly.

And it's still running.

That gap - between understanding yourself and actually living differently - isn't a failure of insight.

Sometimes insight can exist alongside patterns that are still being reinforced by everything happening underneath conscious awareness. Understanding describes the pattern. The work reaches what keeps it in place.

The Identity Reclamation Session is for the woman who already knows herself.

We don't spend the time explaining you to yourself. You probably already have more insight than you know what to do with.

We go underneath it - to the part that keeps choosing the pattern even when you know better.

We look at the pattern cognitively, emotionally and physiologically. What triggers it. What reinforces it. What your nervous system has learned to protect against. And what needs to change for a different response to become possible.

The women who've done this describe it a specific way. Not that they understand themselves more. But that they respond to themselves differently.

We always talk first. No commitment until it's the right room.

If you're ready for the work that comes after insight - DM me.

There is a difference between caring for people and disappearing inside their needs. Between compromise and constantly overriding yourself. Between being generous and believing everyone else's needs should come before yours.

You say yes when your body says no. You hold the space for everyone else's feelings and keep yours carefully tucked away. You watch your own needs become smaller and smaller in a relationship until you can barely name them.

At some point, carrying everything stopped being resilience and became the way you disappeared from your own life.

A woman can love deeply without abandoning herself.

That distinction matters.

If this is the thing underneath all of it, DM me - let's change it.

Most women come wanting to manage things better. To get through the anxiety more efficiently, hold it together a little more cleanly and function without it costing quite so much.

Those are real goals and they deserve to be met. And coping skills are real - learning to regulate, to pause, to manage the intensity is part of the work.

But there's a difference between using coping as a skill and living inside coping as your entire architecture. One is a tool. The other is a life built around surviving what hasn't changed.

That's not the end of what's possible. The end of what's possible is a woman who trusts what she feels, and doesn't override her own signals as a reflex. A woman who can stop - and let herself be stopped - without it feeling like failure. Who makes decisions from her actual self, not from the version of herself she built to survive everything else.

That's a different conversation than coping strategies.

That's what this work is actually for.

If you're ready for a different conversation, DM me.

You've probably already done the work of understanding yourself.

You know the pattern. You can name the wound. You can trace where it came from.

And something is still running the old programme.

The Identity Reclamation Session isn't about collecting more insight.

You probably already have more of that than you know what to do with.

It's about reaching what's actually running underneath - the part that keeps choosing the familiar thing even when you consciously want something different.

We don't spend the time telling you what you already know.

We go underneath it.

The women who have done this describe something specific afterwards. Not relief exactly. More like a quieter relationship with themselves. Where the first thought in a hard moment isn't what to manage - but what they actually need.

A few spaces available. We always talk first - no commitment until you've decided it's the right room.

DM me ARRIVE.

Most of the time, you don't feel the weight of it.

You're not consciously suffering. You're not in crisis. You're doing what you've always done ... managing. Keeping things in motion. Getting through.

And then something stops you.

A quiet weekend. A conversation that unexpectedly breaks through. A moment alone you didn't plan for.

That's when you feel it.

Everything the managing has been keeping just out of reach.

Not because you're falling apart.

Because you've been carrying a lot for a long time - and the moment you stop moving, it has somewhere to arrive.

That is not fine. That is managed.

The difference matters.

Hyperindependence can become the strategy you build when needing people has repeatedly taught you that relying on yourself feels safer.

She doesn't reach out because she's been let down too many times to make that feel worth it. She doesn't receive easily because receiving opens something she's kept closed for a long time. She doesn't need - not out loud, not where anyone can see - because she decided that was safer.

And it worked. For years, it worked.

The woman who handles it gets things done. She doesn't disappoint people. She doesn't burden anyone. She's also quietly exhausted in a way she rarely names - even to herself.

The work isn't learning to ask for help.

It's tracing back to the moment you decided asking was too risky. And sitting with what that decision has cost you since.

The women who do this don't come out of it needier. They come out less afraid of their own needs.

If this is a pattern you've recognised for a long time, this is the work. DM me - let's chat about the work.

Knowing yourself is one thing. Actually listening to yourself is another.

This is where a lot of women get stuck.

They understand the pattern. They know where it came from. They can explain it beautifully.

And still, when the moment comes, they do what they've always done.

Over-function. Keep the peace. Be responsible. Don't need too much. Don't disappoint anyone. Keep going.

The work isn't always discovering another reason for the pattern. Sometimes it's learning to do something different when the pattern shows up.

Save this if it resonates.

There is a particular kind of woman who can be falling apart and still get everything done.

She answers the messages. She gets the work done. She takes care of everyone. She shows up.

And because she is functioning, everyone assumes she is okay.

Sometimes she assumes it too.

Until her body starts telling the truth her behaviour has been hiding.

Functioning is not the same thing as being okay.

And being capable doesn't mean you don't need support.

The women who do this work don't become less capable.

They become capable because they want to be - not because they never learned to do anything else.

If this is you - DM me ARRIVE. Let's chat.
