Leading with Purpose β Our Care Centre Management Team
Every day at Amber Valley Care Centre is a team effort, and our Management Team plays an important role in bringing all the different parts of our Care Centre together. We proudly introduce Jade Ashe (Luck), Care Centre Manager; Gaynor, Administration Manager; Heshika, Clinical Manager; and Samantha, Care Centre Facilitator.
Although each of us has a different area of responsibility, we work closely together with one shared purpose β to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and that our staff feel supported in the important work they do.
From clinical care and daily operations to administration, staff support, training, and ensuring our teams have what they need to do their jobs well, there is always something happening behind the scenes. Much of our work is about listening, solving problems, making decisions, supporting our teams, and continually looking for ways to make things better.
For us, good leadership is about being present and approachable. It is about listening to our residents, families, and staff, celebrating the successes, working through the challenges, and being there when support is needed.
We are incredibly fortunate to work alongside a team of dedicated people who care deeply about what they do. Every person has an important role to play, and it is the combined efforts of our nurses, carers, supervisors, administration, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, gardening, and support teams that make our Care Centre what it is.
Guided by our motto, βTogether we make a family,β we are proud to be part of that family. It is a privilege to serve our residents, support our staff, and work alongside a team that makes a difference every day.
