In this introduction to Home Harmonising we'll gain a basic understanding of how energies move and how we can position things within our environment to create a more nurturing and supportive haven for ourselves, especially when the world out there feels too much.

Tracey is an Advanced Emmett Therapy Practitioner and Instructor. She uses Emmett Technique and other gentle non-invasive treatments to assist clients of all ages in her treatment practice. Her clients include people with various challenges (disabilities), people involved in various sports and people dealing with the effects of the stresses of daily life.
