NO NOT SWIPE LEFT IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE.

When i talk about consistency I'm talking about this.

A client who struggles with a worse case of fibroids and is on our regime sent me this.

Consistent in nature and keeps me updated when she can.

When you seek help, always remind yourself that it is no longer about you, but your health and it is very important to adhere to the advice I give you.

I am not here to sell people dreams because dreams are short-lived hence I do not look for shortcuts but I look for long term solutions.

Adenomyosis is a condition whereby the cells of the endometrium grow into the muscular walls of the uterus.

Small or large masses of the endometrial cells forms in the myometrium (the middle layer of the uterus).

This condition can make it very difficult for one to conceive or carry a pregnancy to full term as it affects implantation.

Some of the common symptoms of adenomyosis includes:
• Painful Periods
• Mid cycle bleeding
• Passing extremely heavy clots
• Painful in*******se and
• Extended bleeding (way past your normal bleeding period).

Adenomyosis is extremely painful in nature and it usually disappears after menopause.

Adenomyosis, though similar to endometriosis, is not the same condition, but many women who are suffering from endometriosis also suffer from adenomyosis (known and unknown to them).

Women in their child bearing age are most likely to develop the condition, and this also includes women who have had a cesarean section or uterine operations.

Did you know that PMOS is the new proposed name for PCOS?

01/05/2026

PCOS does not only affect things like infertility only and changes in one’s body, it goes deeper than what we see.

PCOS affects one’s mental health in ways that healthcare professionals do not understand and comprehend, making it easy for that aspect to be ignored when looking for ways to heal or manage it.

Issues like hormonal imbalances and gut health affects neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine.

Serotonin, also known as a NATURAL MOOD STABILIZER is a vital neurotransmitter and hormone that carries signals between the nerve cells in the brain and throughout the body. It regulates one’s mood, sleep, digestion, sexual desire and wound healing.

Dopamine is also known as the pleasure chemical which is released during happy and rewarding activities like eating, and it is responsible for that urge where you want more of something.
It is linked to addiction and focus.

When suffering from PCOS, it is very important that your stress levels are also taken into consideration so that your body can go into full healing mode.

Happy Worker’s Day.

PCOS is easy to treat yet hard to get rid of.

It is like that ex that you cannot get over who always shows up at the right time and the disappear the next day.

PCOS is linked to insulin resistance and chronic inflammation so what you consume play a huge role when it comes to your healing journey.

The food that I have listed on this post are well known for spiking one’s sugar levels and increasing your insulin rapidly, not forgetting how it causes weight gain and once that happens, your symptoms and the condition itself becomes worse.

A good formulator of alternative medicine will always formulate a blend that will help keep your sugar levels and your insulin levels stable.

When treating PCOS using alternative remedies, pick wisely as some of the formulas or herbs used to formulate your blends are well known for spiking sugar levels.

Happy Tuesday.

CLIENT FEEDBACK 👏

Her weightloss journey with us started on the 6th of February 2026 and today we are here.

Her once tight blazer is now so loose and her face is so pretty.

Weightloss is very personal for me and I will celebrate every woman who wins because I know how hard it is to lose weight when you have other feminine health issues like insulin resistance etc.

Well done sis, sisterhood is proud.
