Commercial dairy farms have an allowance for manure they can put in your milk?! 💩

And they pasteurize the milk at such a high temperature that they kill any beneficial enzymes.

Most of the nutritional value is gone by the commercial process that dairy goes through. And we have not even started talking about what they feed and inject cows with at commercial dairy farms. 🐄🐮
