Athlete’s foot may cause itching, peeling, redness or cracked skin, particularly between the toes.

Help get your feet summer-ready:

🧼Wash your feet and dry carefully between the toes
🧴Moisturise dry feet and cracked heels, but avoid applying moisturiser between the toes
🧦Change damp socks and allow shoes to dry properly
👟Wear comfortable, well-fitting and breathable footwear
🩹Protect areas affected by rubbing or pressure
🚫Avoid sharing shoes, socks or towels
🦶Wear suitable footwear in communal showers and changing areas
