Throughout July, we'll be sharing information about different mental health conditions to raise awareness, encourage understanding, and help reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness.

This week, we're beginning with 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁-𝗧𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 (𝗣𝗧𝗦𝗗).

PTSD is more than simply remembering a traumatic event. It is a mental health condition that can develop after experiencing or witnessing trauma, affecting emotions, relationships, sleep, concentration, and daily life.

Trauma can leave invisible wounds, but healing is possible. With the right support, many people learn to regain a sense of safety, hope, and connection.
