Feeling tired, cold hands, or craving ice more than usual? 👀 These could be signs your iron levels need a boost.

Here's how to get the most from your iron supplement:
✅ Pair it with vitamin C (think orange juice or fresh fruit) to boost absorption
🚫 Avoid taking it with milk, tea, coffee or calcium supplements, they block absorption
⏰ Take it on an empty stomach for best results
📅 Stick with it, it takes about 3 months of consistent use to rebuild your iron stores

Find your perfect iron supplement here www.vitagene.co.za/collections/iron
