Happy New Year everyone. I am back at work and looking forward to this amazing year.

I am very passionate about fitness and how to help people live their best life. My focus is on Functional Fitness which translates to being able to play with your kids, go for a hike, have fun on the beach and for grandparents to lift their grandchildren without worry. Live a full and complete life with your kids and family members. I’ve spent many years working as a medic and realized how much people miss out on due to a decrease in fitness.

So I work with people from Chair Pilates to weight training.

One of the best runs to do the Silver Queen SANDF 10km run. It takes place on Ysterplaat Air Force base. They have the most amazing medals ever. Felt good and strong.
