We've been waiting for this opportunity and it's FINALLY here!

'The Body Collective' market stall will be at the Fleurieu Folk Festival in Willunga this weekend on the Saturday & Sunday 10am-4pm.

We are very excited to be collaborating as practitioners: Floss (from The Body Talks Kinesiology), Janet (from Janet E Therapy) and of course me, to offer 'Multi-Hands' treatments.

'What are Multi-Hands treatments?' you might ask.......

Multi-Hands treatments are when two practitioners are treating you at the same time. It's a powerful, synergistic way to feel the gentle, relaxing and multiple healing benefits of Cranio-Sacral Therapy, multiplied!

This helps release stress, relax, and calm your central nervous system.

If you haven't yet experienced a Cranio-Sacral Therapy Multi-Hands session, then this is your chance!

Or, if you have already felt the values of Multi-Hands, and know how great it is, well, here is your opportunity to experience it again.

Offerings include, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Kinesiology, or simply swing past for a chat.

Message ahead to secure your spot for this incredible treatment, or add your name to our booking sheet on the day.

We'll see you beautiful people there!

I did a thing. And at the time of commitment, I was flooded with dread, shame and guilt instead of being full blown excited in anticipation. I spent a s**t tonne of money on a last minute decision to take my daughter on a winter break into sunny, warm and tropical Darwin.

It was a bloody great decision and one I do not regret in the slightest! We had the best time, I am still feeling warm in the after glow and excitement. It is incredible what a break in routine, trying new things and going new places can do for your brain and enthusiasm for life ( not to mention actual sunshine, warmth and natural Vitamin D!) These are memories my daughter and I will share forever. She's only 15 and growing up so, so fast. I will cherish them forever, and it was worth every penny.

But what I wanted to share, was how overwhelming the emotions were that came up for me, when I made this decision and committed to the big purchase. My daughter was excited (and incredulous!), but I was just wracked with guilt and shame that I'd done the wrong thing, and how could I justify spending this much. I didnt want to share my exciting news with my extended family, and I was wracked with guilt about how I would break the news to my son that he would be left at home! (Turns out he was really excited for us! He knows he will get a turn, and he got to have a whole special weekend of activities just with Dad)

It is funny the emotions and beliefs that keep us stuck in life. And incredible what we can find for ourselves and what we can achieve, when we start to become aware of them.

Now, I would love to show you some photos of me and my smiling daughter having a lovely time in the sun together (of which I have many), however I DO NOT have her permission to paste her face all over Facebook! ("Don't you dare!") 🙃 So you will just have to use your imagination!

"Hey Jennie,
I wanted to say a massive thank you for yesterday. I didn't realise how scattered I was. I think I keep a lot inside, and it comes out in my appointments. However yesterday's appointment with you, was a massive life changing, life giving shift for me!!! It was the guts of so much it feels. Thank you, thank you. I felt so different, like I was in charge of myself again. I didn't feel hyper vigilant. When I drove home and saw utes it didn't affect me. I didn't have to double check that it wasn't him. I think I actually feel safe now?! Omg! 😦 🥳 🎉
Also, for the first time I was able to study for three hours straight! It sunk in!! What you did yesterday was magic. 🪄 ✨
Anyway, I wanted to share the impact you had on my whole being. Wow! 😮 so incredibly happy 😆 about this shift.

THANK YOU! 🙏

Another great weekend of Kinesiology Learning!

What a pleasure to spend the whole weekend with my friend and colleague Floss from the . We've been watching the Knowlative Conference: a live, online, International line up of Muscle Response Testing Speakers from across the globe! Our practitioner skills have been extended, our knowledge has been deepened, and we've over-indulged in cheese platters and had a whole lot of fun!

I had the pleasure of attending this live event yesterday in Adelaide, with Dr Bessell Van Der Kolk, Clinical Psychiatrist and best selling author on trauma and how it effects the brain and body.

His book "The Body Keeps the Score" explains how trauma literally reshapes the brain and body, causing lasting effects on mental and physical health. He also describes how working with clients somatically (through the body) and through the senses to re-establish safety in the nervous system is paramount to healing trauma.

The afternoon re-affirmed and consolidated the skills and techniques that I share in clinic with my clients and how important they are. Everthing I do in clinic is so essential for reconnecting with yourself, re-establishing somatic safety, healing trauma and supporting improved mental health and well-being.

Farewell Kinesiology Conference Melbourne 2026 ! My heart is full, my spirit lifted and my brain is exploding!
I learnt incredible techniques this weekend from some of the greatest pioneers of Kinesiolgy and also current world leaders in the industry from Australia, Japan and Italy.
I'm so inspired that my colleague and I are still practicing the techniques we learnt on the plane ride home! We're clearing our money blocks and relationship to time management! So much fun. I can't wait to share.
P.S. To all my long lost Melbourne friends - I'm so sorry I didnt have the time for a catch up 😥 It was a jam packed schedule!

Anxiety much?
This a very practical, very simply written breakdown on managing anxiety at home.

No-one is harder on me than me. Anxiety thrives on this. Along the way, I've built a toolkit that helps me regulate, reconnect and come back to myself.

My 6 year old client presented me with this gorgeous sun pillow today 🌞

She made it over the school holidays, especially to join our other cushions in the clinic wait room (rainbows and clouds) for everyone to enjoy .collab. What an inciteful and thoughtful act of kindness ❤️

It was too cute to not share!

We have been working together on improving Introception (body awareness eg: I'm hungry; I'm cold; I need to use the toilet) and emotional regulation.
