There is a wisdom that lives in our hands. 🌹
A wisdom that has been carried through generations of women. Through the hands of our abuelas, our nanas, our mothers.
The wisdom of touch.
Of listening.
Of tending.
Of remembering.
Sobadas are so much more than a massage. They are an ancestral practice of care, a way of listening to the body through our hands, of tending to the womb, the belly, and the stories held within.
This November, we gather once again to honour and learn from this beautiful ancestral wisdom.
Four days of learning, connection, ceremony, and remembrance.
Held with so much love and reverence for the lineages that continue to carry these teachings.
