Hello everyone, when I’m not teaching yoga or running my healing sessions in my sunroom you will find me in my garden, or my workshop making lovely creations to sell.

Recently I’ve been experimenting with a new process and have created three beautiful pink flamingos 🦩🦩🦩😁😁😁 They’re such lovely garden companions and will certainly brighten up any garden for anyone who might like one 😊 💕💕

❤️ They’re made with love… materials are metal, foam and concrete, and they’re also hand painted by me.

Feeling so blessed and grateful today. Had the most beautiful healing massages this week and thought I’d just post some information about what I actually do in my healing Sunroom Studio 😊🕉️💕

What to expect during a reiki-infused massage 💆‍♀️

A Reiki whole-body massage takes 1.5 hours in order for you to completely relax and release all tension and concerns.

Oils and a selection of tiger balms are used to relax muscles and ease the physical body of tension.

Reiki energy healing is interspersed throughout the massage at key moments to release mental and emotional blockages.

This combined process is deeply relaxing and designed to nurture the energy body back into harmony ❤️

Potential Benefits : Reiki massage helps reduce stress and anxiety, helps to ground your emotions, and soothe muscle tightness. You may experience deep physical relaxation, warmth, emotional release and improved sleep.

Hari Aum beautiful yogis,

It’s been a while since my last post, but I thought it time to give you all an update on what is happening and coming up with classes and special events that I am a part of in our area. It’s been a slow down period for me, and while winter is still with us, I’m feeling more energised and ready to come out of my seasonal hibernation a little earlier.

It’s been a nourishing time lately spending quality time with family and being super grateful for everything I have in my life. Winter always teaches me to slow down, go within, nourish my body, be in nature and rest that little more deeply so I can emerge in enthusiasm with the coming Spring energy.

I am very excited then to announce a very special 2 day Retreat at the Budgeree Hall in early November that I am helping to organise with 2 amazing women with a passion for yoga, healing and the divine ( Details below with more information coming soon). ❤️

More locally, Yoga in Boolarra on Tuesday nights has started again after a two week break and will be held at the Multi purpose building from 6-7:30pm. Cost $20 per session
