No tricks. All treats. 👻

We gave our Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies a little Halloween makeover with white chocolate ghosts on top – but any of our cookie in a jar mixes will work for this.

Directions:
1) Bake your cookies and let them cool.
2) Melt some white chocolate and spoon it over the top to create a little ghost.
3) Finish with chopped cacao nibs for the eyes.

Fun and very easy to make at home.

Happy Halloween from The Source! 💛

The best things we make are often the ones we share ✨

Like one giant cookie, made for pulling apart around the table.

Pick up any The Source Cookie Jar Mix in-store, add a few simple ingredients, then bake, break it apart and embrace the messy fun.

Because sometimes one big cookie is better than a whole batch 🍪

✨ Friday Team Faves ✨

This week’s team favourite comes from Rosa at The Source Wollongong ❤️

🥜 Roasted Cashews

Crunchy, creamy and seriously moreish… it’s easy to see why these are a team fave! 😍

Roasted to bring out their naturally rich, buttery flavour, cashews make the perfect snack and are so versatile in the kitchen.

Enjoy them straight from the jar, add them to your favourite trail mix, sprinkle them over salads or stir-fries, blend to make cashew butter, cheese or hummus, add to porridge or granola or get creative and make the most delicious vegan raw cakes! 🎂

Are cashews a staple in your house too? 👇🏼🥜

✨ Friday Team Faves ✨

This week’s little powerhouse comes from Ryan at The Source Bulk Foods Byron Bay ❤️

🌱 Organic Chia Seeds

Tiny but mighty! These little seeds are packed with fibre, protein and plant-based omega-3, making them such a versatile addition to your everyday meals. 🙌🏼

Chia seeds absorb liquid and swell so they’re perfect for creating delicious puddings that keep you feeling full.

One of our favourite ways to enjoy them? Chia Seed Pudding! 😍

🥄 Easy Chia Seed Pudding

You’ll need:
• 3 tbsp organic chia seeds
• ½ cup milk of your choice
• ½ tsp vanilla
• 1–2 tsp maple syrup, to taste
• Fresh berries, banana, coconut, granola or your favourite toppings

Method:
1️⃣ Add the chia seeds, milk, vanilla and maple syrup to a jar or bowl.
2️⃣ Stir really well, making sure there are no clumps.
3️⃣ Cover and pop in the fridge for at least 4 hours or, even better, overnight.
4️⃣ Give it another stir before serving and pile on your favourite toppings. 🍓🥥🫐

It makes the perfect make-ahead breakfast, snack or healthy dessert — and you can change up the flavours endlessly! Try cacao and banana, berries and coconut, or cinnamon and apple 😋

Have you tried chia pudding? What’s your favourite flavour combination? 👇🏼💚
