Growing your psychology workforce in remote and regional communities can come with unique challenges, particularly when access to local Board-approved supervisors is limited. But a lack of local supervision doesn't have to be a barrier to employing provisional psychologists.

Provisional Psychologist Hub (PPH) provides nationally accessible online Board-approved supervision, with scholarship opportunities for eligible provisional psychologists undertaking the 5+1 Internship. This can help practices explore new ways to support provisional psychologists while building their workforce for the future. Follow the links below to explore online external board approved supervision, 5+1 supervision scholarships, and the benefits of matching provisional psychologists with supervisors who understand their practice and community.

🌾 If there was an award for "Most Immersed Placement Student", Nathan would have this one wrapped up!

During his placement with Vital Health , the third-year CQUniversity Occupational Therapy student threw himself into every aspect of rural life, from building his clinical skills to becoming an unofficial mobility scooter tester, hot springs reviewer and local pub critic. 🤠♨️

Placements like these are about more than learning. They're about building connections, becoming part of a community and discovering what a career in rural health can offer.

Thanks to the Vital Health team for helping develop the future rural health workforce and making Nathan's placement one to remember. 💙🌾
