🌿 Product of the Month: dōTERRA Cedarwood 🌿

If your days have been feeling a little too busy, Cedarwood is a beautiful oil to reach for when you want to create a calmer, more grounded atmosphere.

With its warm, woody and slightly sweet aroma, Cedarwood is known for its relaxing and grounding scent, making it a lovely addition to your evening routine, diffuser ritual or massage.

A few simple ways to use it:
✨ Add 3 to 4 drops to your diffuser after a long day to create a relaxing environment.
✨ Add 1 to 2 drops to your facial toner or moisturiser to help support clear, healthy-looking skin.
✨ Incorporate it into a relaxing massage, diluted with a carrier oil.
✨ Place a drop on a cotton ball in your wardrobe or closet for a fresh, woody aroma.

Sometimes the simplest wellness rituals are the ones we return to most. Cedarwood is a beautiful reminder to slow down, reset and create a little more calm in your day.

💌 Want to know more about Cedarwood or how to add it to your essential oil routine? Send us a message.

Hormones, stress & the little things I do every day 🌿

As a woman in my 50s, I’ve become much more aware of how stress, sleep, emotions and cortisol can affect how we feel — especially through perimenopause and menopause.

One of the things I’ve incorporated into my daily wellness routine is DōTERRA essential oils.

My current favourites are:

🌿 Adaptive – my go-to when I feel stressed, overwhelmed or need help creating a calmer environment.

🌿 Balance – grounding and comforting when I need to slow down and reconnect with myself.

🌿 Shinrin-Yoku – inspired by the Japanese practice of forest bathing. I love using it as part of my daily ritual to create a sense of calm and connection with nature.

For me, these oils aren’t about a quick fix or “balancing my hormones” overnight. They’re part of a bigger approach to wellness — supporting my nervous system, managing stress, creating better habits and taking a few moments each day to look after myself.

And because chronic stress can influence cortisol and how we feel, creating moments of calm every day matters.

✨ Breathe
✨ Slow down
✨ Move your body
✨ Nourish yourself
✨ Prioritise sleep
✨ Create rituals that make you feel good

This is the kind of wellness I love sharing with women — simple, natural habits that can become part of everyday life.

If you’re navigating hormonal changes, stress, low energy, poor sleep or simply feeling like your body isn’t quite the same anymore, I’d love to help you create your own personalised wellness routine.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is take a TIME OUT.

Today, I’m stepping away from business, pressure and the constant question of, “What do we do next?” and giving myself permission to experience something completely different — the creativity, imagination and man-made wonders of Universal Studios.

These are challenging times for small businesses. There is so much uncertainty, and sometimes we can become so focused on solving problems that we forget to give our own mind and body a chance to reset.

Taking a break isn’t giving up.
Having fun isn’t wasting time.
And allowing yourself to be amazed, curious and playful isn’t being unproductive.

Our brains are constantly creating and strengthening neural pathways based on what we experience, think about and pay attention to. New experiences, creativity, laughter, movement and positive emotions can help shift us out of the repetitive stress cycle and create space for fresh perspectives and new ideas.

Sometimes we don’t need to push harder.

We need to step back.

Breathe.
Play.
Explore.
Laugh.
Experience something new.

Then come back with a clearer mind and ask:

“What do we need to do next?”

For me, today that means putting business aside for a moment and letting curiosity lead the way.

Because looking after our mental and physical wellbeing isn’t separate from building a resilient business — it’s part of it.

TIME OUT is not time wasted.

Sometimes it’s where the next great idea begins.

What do you do to reset when life or business gets stressful?

✨ What if your career could actually contribute to your wellbeing? ✨

At 54, I’ve realised that building a wellness business with DōTERRA has become so much more than a business for me.

It’s become a lifestyle. 🌿

I get to travel, meet incredible women, learn from some of the best wellness educators, create beautiful friendships, continually stimulate my mind, invest in my own self-care and wellbeing — and share natural wellness solutions with others.

I’m constantly learning about better wellness habits, movement, nutrition, emotional wellbeing, essential oils and supplements… while building something that gives me flexibility and purpose.

And honestly, that feels pretty therapeutic. 🤍

If you’re a woman who is:
✨ Ready for a career change
✨ Motivated and loves learning
✨ Passionate about health and wellness
✨ Someone who loves helping others
✨ Looking for more flexibility and connection
✨ Dreaming of creating a business around a wellness lifestyle

…perhaps DōTERRA could be worth exploring.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You just need to be open to learning, growing and sharing what you love.

At 54, I’m still building, still learning, still travelling and still creating new possibilities.

Your next chapter could be your healthiest and most fulfilling one yet. 🌿

Send me a message if you’d like to learn how I’ve built my DōTERRA wellness business and what the opportunity could look like for you.

Feeling sluggish and wondering if your body needs a detox? 🌿 The answer may be simpler than you think.

Your body already has natural detoxification systems working every day. The key is supporting them through consistent, healthy habits rather than relying on occasional extreme cleanses.

At the doTERRA Convention, RevitaZen™ was introduced as part of a bigger conversation about detoxification, foundational nutrition and everyday wellness.

💧 Your body has its own natural detoxification systems.

Your liver, kidneys, digestive system and lymphatic system each play important roles in maintaining your body's normal functions.
You can support your overall wellbeing through simple daily habits:
• Staying hydrated to support normal kidney function.
• Eating fibre-rich foods to support healthy digestion.
• Getting essential vitamins and minerals through balanced nutrition.
• Moving regularly to support circulation.
• Prioritising quality sleep and recovery.

🌿 So, where does RevitaZen™ fit in?
This new essential oil blend combines six carefully selected botanicals:
🍊 Tangerine: Bright, refreshing citrus notes.
🌿 Rosemary: Fresh and herbaceous.
🌸 Geranium: Soft, floral and grounding.
🫚 Ginger: Warm, spicy and invigorating.
🫐 Juniper Berry: Crisp and earthy.
🌱 Cilantro: Fresh and herbaceous.

Together, they create a versatile blend that adds a refreshing flavour to water and offers a fresh, cleansing aroma when diffused.
RevitaZen is not a replacement for your body's natural detoxification processes. Instead, it can become part of a daily wellness ritual alongside proper nutrition, hydration and movement.

✨ Wellness isn't about doing everything at once. It's about making small, consistent choices that support your body every day.
