A little quiet. A lot of life. And a whole lot of recalibration 🤍

After some time away from the healing room, I’ll be gently reopening my space next week for a small number of evening appointments.

This past little while has asked me to slow down, grieve, rest, reflect and recalibrate after losing a dear friend — and today my body reminded me again to honour that with a cold forcing me to pause even more deeply.

So this week will be for:
• catching up on readings
• replying to messages
• reconnecting with myself quietly behind the scenes

But next week… the healing room opens again. 🕯️

“Old friend of mine, we will never lose the time that we’ve shared all these years, all these years”

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately…

There’s been a lot happening these past couple of months, and in that time, there have been a few passings.

Yesterday morning, I was talking to a friend about loss… and how final it feels.

And I said — in life, things end, things change, chapters close… but nothing ever truly feels final. Not really. until we experience a passing.

That’s when we understand what final really means. Not in theory… but in your body, in your heart, in the silence that follows.

A few hours later… I was experiencing those exact words.

Yesterday, I lost one of my closest friends. This one cuts deep. 18 years of friendship that I will forever be grateful for.

Cherish your people. Tell them you love them. Tell them you appreciate them — often.

As much as my heart is shattered… my tears are also for the peace I know he’s found. No more suffering.

I’m so grateful for every moment, every song, every memory… but f**k — I’m going to miss you, dude.

“I’ll find you first in my next life” And we can continue on as we were 🤍🕊️

This Virgo Full Moon is not loud.
It’s precise.
It’s surgical.
And it’s asking you to put something down.

This eclipse sits near the South Node — the point of release. Which means this isn’t about manifestation. It’s about subtraction.

This is the third Virgo eclipse in a story that began in March 2025 and deepened again in September. Think back.

What were you reorganising?
Where were you trying to “fix” yourself?
What were you learning about perfectionism, over-giving, or carrying too much?

Virgo energy wants improvement.
But shadow Virgo wants control.

With Mercury retrograde in the mix, expect:
• Old habits resurfacing
• A reality check around routines
• Surprises in plans or communication
• An invitation to simplify

This eclipse is a clean-out.

Not just your wardrobe or inbox —
your nervous system patterns.

Where are you:
• Saying yes when you mean no?
• Triple-checking everything because you don’t trust yourself?
• Trying to solve problems that aren’t yours?
• Holding on out of guilt or fear?

You don’t get a medal for exhaustion.

South Node Virgo can amplify overthinking.
The mind will want certainty.
The body just wants safety.

So this is your permission to:
• Underschedule
• Lie low
• Journal without needing answers
• Take a salt bath
• Stretch between tasks
• Let emotions move without analysing them

Eclipses accelerate change.
Trying to control the outcome will only create friction.

The assignment here is simple:
Release what drains your peace.

You don’t need to act immediately.
Let the dust settle.
Clarity follows release.

And remember —
Perfection was never the goal.

I don’t always know why I feel pulled to share something and…. I’m not sure who needs this during Mercury retrograde… maybe it’s you.

This weekend I found myself singing:

“I can love me better.”

And it felt less like a lyric
and more like a reminder.

If old stories, old dynamics, or old doubts are resurfacing right now — this feels like medicine.

You can hold your own hand now.
