3 years today 💔

29/10/2026

Today I saw a client back here after their initial visit several months ago.
Way too long in-between visits if you're new to this whole thing.

But What I love about this though is they knew after the first visit things were gonna come up..things were gonna get hairy...I was going to dig deep with them and do some serious trauma work.

They felt it, even scared off a little by it...telling me they cried for 2 days after leaving here last time.
Yep it happens...and often!
And you know sadly 20% of the time clients show up for sessions with me and are taken back by just how effective this will be, how deep it will go and how much they themselves WILL be required to lift their game...and then they dont come back ever..because
It's not just me " fixing you"..
But the rest of the time people come back eventually. ..and they say..OK I'm ready! 💜💪

So this person has gone off after our initial session and seen psychologists, psychiatrists( for emotional, mental stuff) physiotherapists (for physical stuff.)....and gps for general advice...and finally decided ah OK...I see it now, putting all the pieces together I think Kylie was right with the holistic approach to emotional, mental, spiritual, physical, trauma etc..

So they came back and they seem different...clearly what we did several months ago has impacted and been processing away. I feel it in me that we will get great results but of course it all comes down to if they prioritising the working on themselves...
What will happen, who knows?

But I can't help but be delighted when the penny drops and they come back saying...OK I'm ready!!! 😇❤️
