My beautiful Imogen Rose Heart cluster.

Thank you to my sister for this beautiful heirloom shrub. It is another magnificent gift that keeps giving. The tiny spider amongst the delicate petals has made it home.

I love her and all my pretty roses and flowers so much. Seeing them each day lifts my Spirit. This particular heart shaped cluster feels really special as it blooms amongst Dragonfly Corner Flower Heart Gardens 🤍💛💚

What did I miss between then and now? In eighteen days?

Nothing. I was healing. Tending to my own self-care. What is, is what was meant to be.

Letting go of the rest of it, I wouldn't change a thing.

This too is self-care 💚

Eighteen days ago I had major leg surgery and have been tending to wound management and healing. I think it's going well and have a scan this week. Although I haven't been for a specialist post-surgery checkup yet. That will be revealing sometime later this month.

So, I missed sharing my daily Moonology Calendar message. Now it is 1 November and Sacred Sunday. We are in our annual Master No11 Shambhala Month and it is Sacred Self-care Sunday too. A great day to resume this Lunar habit.

How is this message for you today?

Diwali Festival of Light, Newcastle 2026 was wonderful. The food was delicious. The crowd was lovely.

The Drone Light Show and Fireworks from Shambhala Gardens were spectacular!
