The Webby Walks focuses on physical and mental wellbeing, offering grounded advice on how to balance daily activity, food choices, and exercise.

The series took on deeper meaning after Greg Webb and his wife lost their home in Lake Conjola during the devastating 2019–2020 New South Wales bushfires. In the wake of this, Webb used his platform to focus on resilience, mental health, and the positive impact of small, daily kindnesses and routines.

“3 Webby Walks Questions” (3WWQ): The flagship segment of the series is an interview format where Webb speaks with a wide variety of guests—ranging from professional athletes and business owners to everyday people. Under the motto “everyone has their own story,” guests answer three questions about their personal passions, their daily exercise habits, and the lifestyle choices that keep them balanced.
