Choosing an Akashic Guide: 5 Things to Know Before You Book

Choosing an Akashic Guide is about more than finding someone who can access the Records. It's about finding someone whose experience, approach and way of working support the kind of exploration you're looking for.

After thousands of hours of one-on-one Akashic work, I believe the quality of this experience lies in how the insights are explored, communicated and translated into your everyday life. Trauma-informed practice, compassionate communication, respect for your choices and support for integration all matter.

My work as a Cosmic Akashic Guide brings together my experience with the Earth, Galactic and Omniversal Records, my background as a former corporate leader and executive coach, and a grounded approach to exploring soul stories, recurring patterns and questions about your life's direction. I bring both spiritual depth and practical insight to help you make sense of what emerges and translate meaningful insights into your everyday life. For those who feel called to explore further, I also offer deeper journeys beyond individual Cosmic Akashic Sessions and one-on-one Akashic Clearings, with ongoing support to explore your soul's journey and integrate what unfolds.

If you're considering an Akashic session, I hope this carousel helps you ask better questions and choose with confidence.

Stop Waiting. Start Living🌸
What if you're so busy waiting for something to happen that you're forgetting to live the life that's already here?🌸 Cosmic Soul Drops – Weekly Akashic Tune-In 🌸

In my vision this week, I saw a quiet pond filled with enormous lotus leaves, rich freshwater and abundant life. One lotus blossomed, made its presence known, and eventually returned to the pond. For a long time, nothing else bloomed.

As the observer began questioning whether the moment had passed or whether the flowers would ever bloom again, another part of the vision came into focus: golden candles, beautifully decorated and already lit, were waiting to be released from their moulds.

The candles were ready. The work was done. And yet, all the attention was on the pond.

This vision brought through a powerful reminder: **you can keep tending to your life while allowing what you cannot control to unfold in its own time.**

You don't have to abandon what you're hoping for. You can keep creating, loving, growing, making decisions and enjoying what's already available to you. You can complete the work that's yours to do without turning every delay into a reason to question yourself.

And perhaps the first lotus wasn't a promise about when the rest would bloom. Perhaps it was simply a glimpse of what was possible.

🌸 Your reflection for this week: What are you waiting to happen, and what could you give your energy to while it unfolds?

I'd love to hear what this brings up for you.

Your enemy’s enemy is NOT your friend.
Sometimes, the person who agrees with you is not the person who helps you grow.

Would you share laughter, values, dreams and a genuine desire to see each other grow? Could your connection thrive without another conflict to discuss?
Shared frustration can create closeness, yet intensity and intimacy are not the same. A connection can offer real support during a difficult experience while still needing room to grow beyond it.

Understanding a relationship pattern is one step. Learning to establish healthy boundaries, make different choices and build relationships that reflect your values is another. Through the spiritual lens of the Akashic Records, we can explore what recurring experiences may reveal about ourselves, our choices and the future we want to create.

You can honour what an experience taught you without allowing it to define your future relationships.

In my latest blog, *Your Enemy’s Enemy Is NOT Your Friend: The Akashic Psychology of Conflict, Connection and Healing*, I explore why these alliances feel compelling, how to recognise meaningful support and how to move from analysing the past towards consciously creating your future.

Your past may explain how you arrived here. You still get to choose what you build next.

YOU CAN'T ALWAYS STOP THE FALL. YOU CAN CHOOSE HOW YOU LAND.
🌸 This week's Cosmic Soul Drop is about sovereignty: reclaiming your authority in the moments when life doesn't unfold the way you expected.
In my vision for this week, I saw a protagonist in free fall beneath a sky filled with the Sun, a sundog and rainbows. The fall itself wasn't theirs to choose. Their landing was. I saw them prepare to meet the ground like a cat or a superhero, feet planted firmly, ready to move forward.
This is the kind of sovereignty I'm exploring this week. It's the courage to meet what is happening, the discernment to choose your response, and the willingness to decide what is right for you and for the greater good.
Inspired by the archetypes of Lord Rama and the Morrigan, this week's message invites us to consider what becomes possible when we stop spending all our energy trying to control the circumstances and start recognising the choices that remain ours.

💬 Reflection: Where in your life are you trying to control the fall instead of preparing for how you want to land?

WHAT IF YOU'RE TRYING TO MANIFEST IT THE WRONG WAY? 🌸 Cosmic Soul Drops – This Week’s Akashic Message 🌸

What if the thing you genuinely want isn't out of reach, and the way you've been trying to make it happen simply isn't working? This week’s Akashic vision showed me a delivery truck arriving with beautiful furniture that was wanted, welcome, and too big to fit through the front door. The answer wasn't to get rid of the furniture or tear down the house. It was to find another entrance, and when the furniture came inside, there was already plenty of room because the space had been created before the delivery ever arrived. It made me think about how often we keep pushing the same door, wondering why nothing is moving, when there might be another way forward.

If you're navigating a personal transition, a crossroads or something you've been trying to manifest without seeing the movement you hoped for, a 1:1 Cosmic Akashic Session can give you space to explore what's underneath the situation and what your own Akashic guidance is showing you.

💬 Reflection: Am I still clear about what I want, am I insisting it has to happen a particular way, and is there another path I've been overlooking?

🌸 Maybe You Don't Need the Old Dream Back. Maybe You Need What You Loved About It.

Sometimes something from the past returns and immediately creates a question: is this something I am meant to revisit, or something I am finally ready to release?

This week's Cosmic Soul Drop showed me something slightly different. An old dream can return without asking you to recreate the life you once imagined. You may be able to take the part you genuinely loved, carry that essence forward and let the rest of the old story complete itself.

So here's the question I am sitting with this week: if you could take only one part of an old dream into your future, what would you take?

The deeper vision, Yama, the New Moon and the idea of planting a new seed all come together in this week's Cosmic Soul Drop as we explore what our old loops might be showing us about what is ready to come forward in a new form.

If something from your past has resurfaced and you’re wondering whether it belongs in your future, a 1:1 Cosmic Akashic Session can give you space to explore what is still relevant, what has completed, and what your own Akashic guidance is showing you about what wants to move forward with you.

💬 Reflection: If I could take only one part of an old dream into my future, what would I take?

OCTOBER AKASHIC ENERGY GUIDE | THE GALACTIC WARRIOR

What if October isn’t asking you to fight harder?

This month’s Akashic energy brings forward the archetype of the Galactic Warrior — courage, strategy, faith, embodiment and joy.

The invitation is to become more conscious about where your energy goes.

Not every challenge needs to be carried by the same part of you. Before you automatically push through, pause and ask:

Which part of me is best equipped to navigate this?

And then: Which part of me would actually enjoy navigating this?

October also carries a powerful shift from fighting for what matters to embodying what matters.

You can stand for your truth without constantly defending it. You can take action without needing to control every outcome. You can care deeply about where you are going while allowing yourself to enjoy the journey along the way.

Your October reminders: Courage. Strategy. Faith. Embodiment. Joy.

Your October affirmation: I act with courage, clarity, faith and joy.

If you’d like to journey deeper into October’s energy, I’ve shared the full Galactic Warrior | Akashic Records Meditation for Courage, Healing & Soul Alignment on my YouTube channel.

You can return to it throughout the month and allow different layers of the journey to meet you each time.

MAKE ROOM TO RECEIVE 🌸 Cosmic Soul Drops – This Week’s Akashic Message 🌸

What if the thing you’ve been waiting for has already arrived, and the next step is learning how to hold it? This week’s Akashic vision showed me someone climbing a ladder with the right tools, yet carrying them so loosely that one was missing by the time they reached the top. The message is simple: you may not need more effort, more pushing or more doing. You may need better systems, better preparation and a more supportive way of carrying what is already becoming available to you.

If you’re navigating a personal transition, crossroads or area of life where you know something needs to be reorganised, a 1:1 Cosmic Akashic Session can give you space to explore what is underneath it and what your own Akashic guidance is showing you.

💬 Reflection: What do I need to organise so I can actually hold what I’m asking for?

Why does injustice make some people absolutely furious? 🌸 Cosmic Soul Drops – This Week’s Akashic Message 🌸

Sometimes what activates you most isn't what someone does to you — it's what you witness happening to someone else. If unfairness, unethical behaviour or people disregarding others' needs hits you incredibly deeply, there may be a powerful value system underneath that reaction. In my Akashic work, I've noticed this pattern repeatedly in people who feel deeply connected to a particular cause or form of justice. The question isn't simply 'Why am I so angry?' — it's 'What does this anger tell me about what I deeply care about?'

If you recognise this pattern in yourself and want to explore the deeper story behind it, this is exactly the kind of personal exploration we can work with in a 1:1 Cosmic Akashic Session.

💬 Reflection: What kind of injustice activates you more strongly than it seems to activate the people around you?
