Being a mum of 3 while running a business can be a little chaotic at times, To ensure I can give you my full attention, please call between 9:30am – 2:30pm. 🩶

Our team provides services between 7:30am – 10:30pm, however outside of contact hours, we kindly ask that phone calls are for emergencies only.

If you do call outside these hours, there’s a high chance my little humans will be making their own appearances in the background! 😅

2025 has been a year that kept us moving from the very beginning. It has been full, demanding, and deeply meaningful, shaped by people, trust, and the moments that matter most.

To my incredible team — thank you for everything you give, every single day. You show up with commitment, compassion, and integrity. Your consistency, kindness, and the way you honour each person’s dignity and right to choice are the very heart of this organisation. The care you provide reaches far beyond the moments you’re present for, it is felt, remembered, and deeply valued in ways words can never fully express

To our participants, and families — thank you for trusting us with such personal parts of your lives. Welcoming us into your homes, routines, and journeys is a privilege we hold with great respect, and your trust means everything to us.

The relationships we build and the trust we earn are at the heart of everything we do, From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of our journey. 🤍

Did You Know? Most providers charge for travel to AND from your home? The Good News? WE DON'T!

At Snowy Valleys Support Services, we believe your funding should go towards the physical support you need, not travel costs!
