I used to work 16-hour days thinking that working harder was the only way to get wealthy.

And looking back, that mindset was keeping me trapped.

I’m sick of watching Australians earn $100,000 a year and STILL struggle to get ahead. 🤯

Mortgage. Groceries. Car repayments. Taxes.

You work all week, sacrifice your time, and barely have anything left.

I realised I didn’t want to spend the next 30 years living like that.

So I stopped focusing on earning more from my time and started learning how to build income from assets.

That’s what led me into short-term rentals.

Today, I’ve scaled to over 50 properties and built a business I can operate while living in Dubai.

And here’s what changed everything.

You don’t always need to BUY property to make money from it.

With around $20,000, you could potentially establish a landlord-approved Airbnb business that generates cashflow after expenses.

The numbers have to work, and profits aren’t guaranteed.

But the biggest transformation wasn’t my income. It was getting back control of my LIFE.

I went from working endless hours to building systems and assets that don’t depend on me being physically present every day.

And that’s what I want more Australians to experience.

A few years ago, I was working 16-hour days in Australia, wondering when I’d actually get to enjoy the life I was working so hard to build.

Now I’m 31, living in Dubai, with a property business operating over 50 properties back home.

But these photos don’t show the full story.

I went from working as a podiatrist to taking risks in business, making expensive mistakes and constantly questioning whether I was doing the right thing.

And here’s what I’ve learnt.

Making money means nothing if you never have the freedom to enjoy it.

I didn’t build a property portfolio just to collect houses.

I built it because I wanted control over my time, where I live and how I spend my life.

And I’m still nowhere near finished.

The goal was never to look successful. It was to stop living a life I needed a holiday from.

I’m genuinely sick of watching Australians feel forced to sell properties they’ve worked their entire lives to buy. 🤯

Property prices under pressure. Mortgage repayments climbing. And renters struggling to find somewhere affordable.

How is everyone losing in the same market?

After building a portfolio of 45 properties, I’ve learnt something most investors overlook.

Sometimes the problem isn’t the property. It’s how you’re making money from it.

That’s exactly why I started converting suitable properties into short-term rentals.

Instead of accepting traditional rental income, I began operating properties like businesses, looking for higher revenue and stronger cashflow.

Of course, approvals, occupancy and expenses must stack up.

But I’m not interested in panic-selling assets I’ve spent years building.

I’d rather find ways to make my properties work harder before giving up on them.

I’m genuinely sick of seeing Australians celebrate changes that don’t necessarily make life cheaper. 🤯

The card surcharge ban sounds fantastic, right?

But here’s what frustrates me.

The surcharge disappears. The cost of processing payments doesn’t.

I run 55 Airbnb properties, and I’ve learnt that whenever business expenses increase, someone eventually has to absorb them.

Some businesses take the hit. Others increase their prices.

And guess who can end up paying more? YOU.

That’s exactly why I’ve focused on building a property business where I don’t need to own every asset.

Instead, I RENT suitable properties with landlord approval, operate them as short-term accommodation and focus on generating cashflow after expenses.

Because with costs constantly changing, it’s not just about making more money. It’s about keeping more of it.

We’ve now started helping others find and establish these rental opportunities.

I’m genuinely sick of hearing people complain that AI is going to take everyone’s jobs. 🤯

And what frustrates me most?

Most people are using AI completely wrong.

They’re using it to write emails, generate replies and create content, while worrying about becoming replaceable.

I run multiple businesses and a property portfolio of over 50 properties, and I’ve realised something.

The real opportunity isn’t what AI does in front of customers. It’s what it does behind the scenes.

Automating operations. Analysing data. Solving problems. Getting more done with fewer wasted hours.

That’s where I believe the advantage is.

And it’s exactly why I also focus on building physical assets.

AI can change how we work, but it can’t replace the four walls of a property.

My strategy? Own assets that generate income and use AI to operate businesses more efficiently.

Stop fearing technology. Start learning how to make it work for you.

I’m genuinely sick of people making young Australians feel like failures for living with their parents. 🤯

Have you seen what it costs to survive in Australia?

I remember working 16-hour days, running multiple businesses and doing everything I could to save enough money to invest in property.

And let me tell you something.

Building wealth is hard enough without trying to impress everyone around you.

If living at home for another few years means saving $30,000–$50,000 towards your first investment, why wouldn’t you consider it?

That’s how you start changing your financial future.

Build your capital. Buy the RIGHT assets. Focus on cashflow and build equity you may eventually be able to leverage.

I’d rather be judged for living with my parents at 25 than be financially trapped at 35.

Stop worrying about looking successful. Start building something that actually makes you successful.

I’m genuinely sick of people making young Australians feel like failures for still living with their parents. 🤯

Have you seen how expensive Australia has become?

Fuel, rent, groceries, mortgages. Everything keeps climbing.

I remember working 16-hour days, juggling businesses and doing whatever I could to build enough capital to invest in property.

And looking back, I’ve realised something.

Nobody cares how independent you LOOK if you’re financially struggling behind closed doors.

If living at home means you can save $20,000, $30,000 or even $50,000 to start building assets, why rush out just to impress strangers?

There’s nothing embarrassing about making a smart financial decision.

I’d rather see a 25-year-old living at home building wealth than someone pretending to be successful while drowning in bills.

Stop chasing appearances. Start building financial freedom.

I’m genuinely sick of watching Australians give up on property because the news keeps telling them how bad everything is. 🤯

Interest rates rising. Property prices falling. Everyone scared to make a move.

And I get it. I’ve felt that pressure myself.

But here’s what frustrates me.

People think you need hundreds of thousands of dollars to make money from property.

That’s why I moved into short-term rentals.

I’ve built a portfolio generating $175,000 a month in revenue, and I don’t even own every property I operate.

While everyone’s focused on buying, I’m looking for furnished properties I can RENT, with landlord approval, and turn into short-term rental businesses.

Some opportunities can require around $15,000 to establish, depending on the property.

Of course, the revenue must cover rent, expenses and operating costs.

Sometimes the biggest opportunity isn’t buying an asset. It’s learning how to make one generate cashflow.

We’ve now started sharing landlord-approved rental opportunities to help others get started.

I’m genuinely sick of hearing Australians say they can’t get ahead financially.

Everything’s getting more expensive. Rent, mortgages, groceries. People are working harder than ever and still feeling like they’re going backwards.

And what frustrates me most?

We’ve been conditioned to believe the only way to build wealth through property is to spend hundreds of thousands buying one.

That’s exactly the thinking I wanted to challenge.

I’ve now built a business operating over 50 properties, and one thing I’ve learnt is that you don’t always need to own the property to make money from it.

Here’s what I’d be looking at instead.

Imagine securing a $50,000 loan at 10% interest.

That’s $5,000 a year in interest.

Use that capital to establish three landlord-approved Airbnb properties.

If those properties collectively generate $6,000 per month, that’s $72,000 in annual revenue before rent, expenses and financing costs.

Obviously, not every deal will work. And that’s why knowing how to find, negotiate and analyse properties is EVERYTHING.

I’m not interested in teaching people how to borrow money blindly. I want people to understand how to make their money WORK.

Because I’m tired of watching people believe financial freedom is only available to those who are already wealthy.

You don’t necessarily need to own 50 properties.

You need to understand how to operate the right ones.

I got off the phone with my bank yesterday thinking, WHAT THE HELL is happening to Australian property? 🤯

I’ve spent 6 years building my portfolio, and even I’m questioning whether holding these properties is worth the stress.

Interest rates rising. Repayments increasing. Everyone panicking.

And the scary part? I’ve actually considered whether I should just get out.

But I’ve been through these cycles before.

That’s exactly why I started converting my properties into short-term rentals. I was sick of watching expenses eat away at my cashflow.

Instead of selling assets I’d worked so hard to acquire, I wanted to make them work harder for me.

And that’s what I keep telling investors.

Stop focusing on what your property is worth. Start looking at what it’s actually making you.

Sometimes the opportunity isn’t buying another property. It’s changing how you operate the one you already own.

Of course, the numbers, approvals and expenses have to stack up.
