Satinder has TWO offerings starting September 28th:

1. Self-Care Foundations

What does it mean to be a person that cares deeply about themselves?

We will be exploring this 'meaning' through the following:

MINDFULNESS - breathwork and meditation
MOVEMENT - gentle restorative poses, Qigong
NOURISHMENT - infused water, teas, oils for skin, nutrient rich snacks
CONNECTION - finding our voice and listening to others through conversation and writing
PURPOSE - clarifying a vision using all of the above to align with what we are deeply yearning for

2. Meditation for Motherhood (or Fatherhood)

We will meet twice a week for 6 weeks - Mondays in person and Thursdays via ZOOM (your registration includes both days)

Mondays class will focus on meditation and breathwork
Thursdays class will focus on conversation to share our joys, and acknowledge the challenges, and further embody this beautiful practice

This was such a great day!

Story time ☕️
This weekend, a few of us certified and soon-to-be certified Spinal Flow practitioners got together for a Spinal Flow day retreat… 😌🌊

We love getting a chance to reconnect, share a few laughs, have some amazing food and treat each other as we pioneer this beautiful modality to the Nations Capital.

Thank you to Chantel, our lovely host who is going for her immersive in September (part of the certification process).
Thanks to Anik, a certified practitioner joining us from Sainte-Adèle Quebec, and thank you to Jen and Deborah practicing in Arnprior ON, Giselle in Ottawa-west, Brenda in Osgoode ON, and Helene in Ottawa-east for a restorative day.

We might be a little biased… 😉
But we’re genuinely passionate about helping more people discover the benefits of The Spinal Flow Technique because we’ve experienced its impact ourselves—and we’ve witnessed the incredible changes in our people.
