Mammograms are the best tool for early breast cancer detection.
They are recommended for people age 40+, every 2 years.

Early detection can significantly improve survival rates and treatment outcomes.

Talk to your Doctor/NP to get a mammogram, or call the Ontario Breast Screening Program- 807-684-7777.

With regular screening, early detection leading to improved outcomes is possible.

If you're at average risk and age 40-74, it's recommended to screen for breast cancer with a mammogram every 2 years. Call (807) 684-7777 to book your screening mammogram with the Coach. Don't forget - Breast Cancer Screening is available for Atikokan residents on October 26th from 10AM to 6PM, with appointments taking place in Fort Frances. Call 807-274-4808 to schedule an appointment. A complimentary shuttle can be arranged by calling 807-271-0650.
