There is no doubt we live in turbulent and unpredictable times.

So what happens now?

We get on our mat. We sit on our cushion. We make the daily choice to offer kindness to ourselves and everyone around us.

We notice our fears and also the gorgeous fall leaves as they turn.

Our practice now is to refuse to close our hearts, to refuse to be co-opted by anger and division.

Remember to breathe, practice Savasana, and let these practices sustain us always.

You are not alone.

Jai!

Everything we do and donโ€™t do happens in circle; this is natural law and the cyclical nature of all things. ๐Ÿ™

โ€œThe Laws of the Circle: What We Project is What We Receive

In many Indigenous philosophies, life is understood through the Laws of the Circle. This sacred principle reminds us of a fundamental truth: we cannot deny the laws of the circle. What we put out into the world our energy, our actions, our words, and our intentions. This is precisely what returns to us.

This ancient wisdom aligns closely with what is modernly understood as the Law of Attraction. The universe operates on resonance. When we project hostility, fear, or division, we reinforce those dynamics in our lives and communities. Conversely, when we project healing, respect, and accountability, we invite those constructive energies back into our circle.

The Principle of Reciprocity: The circle is a reminder of absolute interconnection. There is no action taken in isolation; every choice we make ripples outward and eventually returns to its source.

Conscious Intention: To change what we are receiving, we must first examine what we are projecting. Healing requires us to consciously shift our internal state so that we emit energy rooted in peace and equity.

Restoring Balance: When we honor the Laws of the Circle, we align ourselves with natural balance. We recognize that supporting the wellness of others is ultimately how we secure wellness for ourselves.

We are all participants in this continuous circle. Let us be mindful of what we contribute to it, knowing that the future we create is the future we will receive.
