A little sneak peek into the vibe of Be-U-to-the-Full!

I’ve always loved making old things new again — furniture, homes, art… heck, I’ve even refinished a bike! 😂 There’s just something about taking something that others might overlook and turning it into something beautiful, unique, and full of character.

Nothing inspires me more than creating each piece for this store. Every detail, every colour, every little touch is coming together to bring my vision to life.

Now, I’ll be the first to admit that my colour choices and vibe might raise a few eyebrows at first 🖤 But trust the process… I promise there’s a vision behind the madness, and somehow, it always comes together!

Be-U-to-the-Full is more than just a store. It’s a reflection of creativity, individuality, and the beauty of seeing potential in things others might overlook.

And I can’t wait for you all to see it come to life!

Things Are Coming Together at Be-U-to-the-Full!
The signs are officially up, renovations are almost complete, and things are starting to feel REAL!

It’s been so exciting watching this vision slowly come to life, and we’re getting closer every day to opening the doors of Be-U-to-the-Full Apothecary & Bookstore here in Red Deer!

There’s still lots happening behind the scenes, from getting the store ready to bringing together all the wonderful products, services, and little details that will make this space something special.

I can’t wait to start sharing more sneak peeks, exciting announcements, and updates as everything comes together!

Thank you to everyone who has been following along, sharing our posts, and showing support already. It truly means so much! 💜

I am beyond excited to finally share that Be-U-to-the-Full Apothecary & Bookstore is coming to Red Deer!! 💜
And trust me, this is going to be so much more than just another store!

Imagine a place where natural living meets a little magic. A space filled with beautiful herbs, loose-leaf teas, natural wellness products for you and your home, unique books, meaningful gifts, and so much more!
But that’s only the beginning!

🌸 We’re creating a space to explore, discover, grow, and CONNECT!

Along with our apothecary and bookstore, we’ll be bringing together spiritual services, wellness support, workshops, and group gatherings. A place to learn something new, meet like-minded people, find inspiration, or simply take a moment for yourself.

Be-U-to-the-Full is more than just a name. It’s a way of living! A space that inspires you to Be-U, embrace everything that makes you unique, explore new possibilities, and live life to-the-Full!

Starting October 20th, I will be volunteering RDP Peer Support. Offering Free drop in Meditation sessions Tuesdays and Thursdays Mornings! 🧘

So grateful for this opportunity and a great way to connect with yourself and like minded others.

Nothing complicated, No experience necessary! Just come just take a moment for yourself!

Sometimes growth means gently releasing what once held a beautiful part of our journey. 🌿✨

Samadhi Souls will always hold a special place in my heart — it was where this journey began, where dreams started taking shape, and where I learned to trust the path unfolding before me.

Now, I feel called to slowly step into something new: Be-U-to-the-Full. A name that reflects the next chapter — embracing your whole self, living authentically, growing spiritually, and creating a space where wellness, curiosity, healing, and self-discovery can come together.

The transition won’t happen overnight. Just like growth itself, it will unfold slowly, naturally, and exactly as it’s meant to. 🤍🌙

Same heart. Same passion. A new name for the journey ahead. ✨

Truth, I was not born with a single bit of patience in my body…. So the Universe introduced me to foraging 😬 because what’s faster than planting seeds and waiting for them to grow or searching for herbs in mosquito infected fields 🤦‍♀️ on top of the picking, drying and fusing into oils…AND THEN…loving every moment 😅

My poor Chamomile got a bit pruned with the hail this weekend but no worries, they will be out to good use.

We all know Chamomile oil is perfect for its calming and soothing properties, helping to ease stress while promoting relaxation and restful sleep. But It also supports healthy skin by reducing redness, calming irritation, and nourishing dry or sensitive skin.
