Today is National Grief Awareness Day 💙
Grief deserves more space than we often give it.
It isn’t something we simply “move on” from. It can change over time, show up unexpectedly, and exist alongside joy, laughter, connection, and new beginnings.
Grief can be lonely. And sometimes, having a space where you can simply show up as you are with no expectations to be “better" can make a difference.
This fall, I’m holding a 6-week Fall Grief Circle in Calgary.
A small, gentle space to slow down, connect, create, reflect, and make room for what you’re carrying.
