Tonight, October 15th, we Light It Up! for NDEAM.

Across Canada, landmarks and buildings will glow purple for National Disability Employment Awareness Month, a reminder that inclusive employment belongs at the centre of how we build our workplaces.

This year's theme is Leading Through Change. So as we wear purple and light up our communities, let's treat the purple as a promise. Awareness is where we start. Action, real jobs and real chances, is where it has to lead.

Join us: wear purple, share photos of your community lit up, and tag and to spread the message across the country.
