Myrrh - anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial & antiseptic properties. Used in skincare for moisturizing & soothing damaged skin

Avocado Refined: Cold pressing the flesh of the avocado which produces an intensely rich, restorative and softening oil that promotes skin cell rejuvenation. Excellent for undernourished dry skin.

Lavender- calming & soothing properties for skin & emotions. Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial & antioxidant making it very effective for treating skin conditions

🍁🍁🍁We are feeling the Autumn Vibes these days in Calgary, Canada. We can see snow on the Rocky Mountains peaks. We have the urge to go for long walks in the crunchy leaves, make soup out of every root vegetable at the market, light beeswax candles and bake with warm spices like cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg and a splash of citrus for brightness. We can’t bake pies everyday so we like to put 3 drops of our True Essence Holiday Spice Synergy in our home diffusers.
