HAPPY INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY!
People practice yoga for many different reasons. For me, my yoga practices balances my other forms of training. It keeps me mobile which leads to greater strength and power. It keeps me grounded when the world feels like it is spinning too fast. It keeps me centered when I feel I have lost control.
My yoga practice is not traditional. I like to explore how the body moves with ease and grace.
