Warm Water Place where you feel comfortable and relaxed, floating in your own nature creating your best life. I was dealing with a lot of grief, pain, and uncertainties.

At one point in my life, I lost my home — the foundation of my safety on this planet. It was a place where I belonged, felt connected, and could be myself. Additionally, I wasn't feeling right in my relationship back then, but fear of changing my life even more paralyzed me. Despite feeling lost, I was lucky to have the type of personality that keeps seeking answers and help. Eventually, life sent me profound courses, wise mentors, and a like-minded community. All of this helped me find my way inward because that's where all the answers lie. I rediscovered a safe and peaceful place inside me, and I refuse to lose it again. It's where I belong — forever. From that place, a new reality has been created for me, one that is whole and integrated with my previous experiences and my true self. It's a path that leads me to the person I want to become and everything I want to create in this life. I would love to share with other women who find themselves in the turbulence of life changes what is truly possible there and how to create a masterpiece from those changes. Finding comfort in our bodies and minds, returning to our true nature, and bringing our best to the world — these are things we can do together!

Whenever I’m craving a good, warm drink and something sweet, this Hot Chocolate is my absolute go-to👌

To be true, cashews are actually my favorite base to use, but today I’m making it with raw pumpkin seeds (for that additional nutritional value, and because I ran out of cashews 😅!).

Both ingredients are absolute powerhouses for magnesium. It literally acts like a natural muscle relaxant to calm down period cramps, plus it knocks you out for the best sleep ever.

It’s thick, creamy, dairy-free, and won’t give you a sugar crash.

How to make it:

Soak 1 handful of raw pumpkin seeds in hot water for 15 mins to soften. (You can skip this step as I did, but creaminess suffers)

Blend them up with 1 cup of hot water, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp maple syrup. Add vanilla or a pinch of cinnamon to taste.

You can use a sieve to strain it, but I like to drink as is, to get all the finer from the seeds in 🌱

I’m not a hundred-dollar bill to be liked by everyone. 💸
(I love this saying — it perfectly illustrates what is considered «likable» in our culture.)

Honestly, it took me about 30 years to truly be okay with the idea that not everyone is going to like me — or that to be liked, I don’t have to constantly please everyone.
By «totally» okay, I mean about 95.8% 😅
There’s still a fine line between “I want to please this person because I genuinely care about them” and the anxiety of losing the title of being nice, reliable, caring, interesting — and everything else I thought I had to be in order to finally love myself.

An important side of all the interactions in my life is how I want to look in my own eyes.

But now I understand that it’s not the interactions that define my self-image, but the other way around: how I see myself — how aligned I am with my own values — defines how I interact with people around me.

Because at the end of the day, everything comes down to the most precious relationship in my life: the one with myself. 💛

And sometimes, listening to your inner voice is easy — you don’t even think about it. 🌿

Other times, there’s a battle between «I want to» and «I have to,» and no matter how it ends, you end up feeling like a loser.

So what to do? 🤔
A few simple questions I sometimes😅 ask myself when making decisions about interacting with other people might help:
🍀Why would I really want to do this?
🍀Why wouldn’t I want to do this?
🍀 Is it comfortable for me time-wise and place-wise?
🍀Is it comfortable for me mentally and physically?
🍀 What do I gain if I decide to do it anyway?
🍀 What do I lose if I decide not to?
🍀 Do I truly want to do this?

And yes, sometimes I end up doing things I would rather not, with people I want to avoid, sacrificing my time and energy, just because I gain more than I lose in my personal value system.

Or I’d like to think so! 😄
And that is totally fine!

At the end of the day, I know I’m not here to be everyone’s favorite. Just to be my own favorite person in the world. 🌎💛

Emotional support animal 🐾

1️⃣ Shifting Focus
✔ Taking care of a small animal keeps you in the present, whether you like it or not.
✖ But when she got sick or in trouble—that was extra stress.
2️⃣ Purpose
✔ I had no choice but to get up and show up every day. She depended on me.
✖ Sometimes it was exhausting, and I missed my personal space. But in the end, so worth it.
3️⃣ Walks
✔ Nature heals, but on bad days, going outside would have been impossible.
🙌 Especially during Canadian winters. But again, I had no choice.
4️⃣ Cuddles
✔ Holding a warm, happy, living being instantly soothes the nervous system.
🙌 Amen.
5️⃣ Unconditional Love & Emotional Bond
✔ Irvin doesn’t care if I’m stressed or if life feels messy.
✔ She’s just there—happy, loving, expecting nothing in return. Just food and cuddles!

✅ Does it need an official „emotional support animal”? Irvin is for me! It has some perks:
🐾 I don’t pay pet fee in my apartment building
🐾 theoretically I can bring her on a plane with me

✅How to make it official?
Tok to eligible therapist and they will write you a letter, were they confirm, that you need an emotional support ❤️

Just so you don't ask, what somatic exercises are 😀

The word “somatic” is a new rising star in the world of wellness and self-improvement: somatic healing, somatic therapy, somatic experiencing, somatic yoga, somatic release, somatic meditation—everything seems to be getting a 'somatic' upgrade these days.

I would say that it's my very first YouTube video because it feels like it, but it's not 😅
But I put a lot of thinking and work into it, and I very much hope that it will be useful 🙏

It's 25-minute calming and grounding somatic yoga practice, which will be helpful if you feel disconnected, anxious, or just too much in the air ☺️ Enjoy!

I always thought of myself as a plant—wherever you plant me, I will grow.

The idea of geographical freedom was very attractive. Being able to work while traveling the world in the winter, when the weather at home was not the best, felt like a dream. And I worked hard to organize my life in that way. When I was 22, I quit my last job as a teacher of the Polish language in a well-established school in my home city. I was literally crying when talking to my boss. First, I really loved our team and had great relationships with them. Second, I was terrified. No stable income anymore, and what if I failed to make a living from teaching on my own?

Well, it was scary, but I believed it was the right thing to do! And everything was just fine. That’s how my journey as a school owner began—but that’s a story for another time...
