Injectables and skin treatments aren’t interchangeable, and that’s exactly why they work so well together. 🔄

đź’‰Your injector is looking at facial anatomy, movement, structure, volume changes and how those elements work together when creating an individualized treatment plan.

✨Your medical aesthetician is looking closely at the health and quality of your skin, texture, tone, congestion, hydration, your skin barrier and the home-care supporting your results.

Neuromodulators can address muscle movement, but they don’t replace healthy skin. Filler can support structure and volume, but it won’t correct every concern with texture, tone or skin quality. And skincare can’t replace structural support when that’s what’s actually contributing to the concern.

Different tools. Different expertise. One goal: a thoughtful plan that makes sense for you.

At Revive, we want you investing in what your face and skin actually need, not simply doing more treatments.

Not sure where to start? That’s what your consultation is for. 🤍

Five years of glowing skin, beautiful connections, and a community worth celebrating! ✨

We had the sweetest time capturing the special moments at REVIVE Medical Aesthetics’ 5-Year Anniversary & Client Appreciation Party in Collingwood.

From the thoughtful details to the beautiful atmosphere, it was a celebration of everything Kaitlin has built over the past five years, and the incredible clients who have been part of the journey. 🤍

Kaitlin, thank you for trusting Sinclair Creative Agency (SCA) to capture such a special milestone. It was a pleasure celebrating five amazing years of Revive Medical Aesthetics and preserving these memories through photography by Anna Sinclair | UGC creator & Brand Strategist.

Here’s to continued growth, glowing confidence, loyal clients, and many more milestones ahead. 🥂

And of course, a little celebration magic takes a village! A shoutout to the wonderful local vendors who helped bring the event to life:

Charcuterie & catering: Holly | Charcuterie Catering in Simcoe County
Bartending: Toasted Bliss Bartending
Rentals & styling: Windswept Pine Event Rentals
Glassware: .partyrentals
Balloon décor:
Event planning: Events By ME

Cheers to five fabulous years, Kaitlin! 🥂

It’s not always about “more”. In fact, rarely is it EVER about doing more.

However, pairing the right treatments together can make a world of difference.

One of my favourite combinations is microneedling and Botox.

Not because they do the same thing, but actually the opposite.

Botox temporarily reduces the muscle movement contributing to certain expression lines, while microneedling supports collagen production and improves the appearance of texture, pores and overall skin quality.

One focuses on the movement beneath the skin.
The other focuses on the skin itself.

Does everyone need both? No. But when your concerns involve both expression lines and skin quality, a strategic combination may create a more complete result than relying on one treatment alone.

Book a consultation to find out which approach makes sense for your skin. 🫶🏼

A favourite transformation of mine 🤭

This result is a beautiful example of how Botox can enhance your natural features without changing the way you look.

This client was noticing lines forming around the eyes, along with heaviness through the brow that made the eye area appear more closed.

Following a thorough assessment, a carefully planned amount of neuromodulator was placed in targeted areas to create a subtle brow-opening effect. By balancing the activity of specific muscles, we were able to soften the lines around her eyes while allowing her natural eye shape to appear more open and refreshed.

Botox doesn’t remove excess skin, and it isn’t a replacement for surgery. However, for the right patient, strategic treatment can create a subtle lift and support a more rested appearance.

Some investments don’t come with an immediate return. Some change the way you think, the way you lead, and the way you see what’s possible. 🤍

This past week, I travelled to Idaho to attend the Bespoke Female Founders Conference, surrounded by incredible women who are building businesses, chasing dreams, taking risks, and choosing to grow.

I went into this experience wanting to become a better business owner. I left with so much more.

A renewed sense of purpose, meaningful connections, new perspectives, and a reminder that growth doesn’t just happen within the walls of your business. It starts with the person leading it.

As Revive continues to grow, I’m learning that investing in myself isn’t separate from investing in my business. It’s part of building something bigger than myself.

A stronger leader. A stronger team. A better experience for the clients who trust us. And a business built with intention, purpose, and heart.

One of my biggest takeaways was the power of being surrounded by women who genuinely want to see each other succeed. Women who share their knowledge, celebrate each other’s wins, and remind you that there’s room for all of us.

I’m coming home inspired, grateful, and excited for everything that’s ahead.

Because the greatest investment I can make in the future of Revive is continuing to grow into the woman and leader that future requires.

Here’s to building businesses we’re proud of, becoming women we’re proud of, and lifting each other up along the way. ✨

This client was curious about lip filler, but nervous about looking overdone. So we started with a consultation. 🤝🏼

We talked through her goals, reviewed her lip anatomy and facial features, and I explained what to expect on treatment day, so this way she had time to ask questions and decide whether she felt comfortable moving forward.

When she returned, we reviewed the plan together before treatment. Her goals were hydration, a little more symmetry and subtle volume, especially in her upper lip.

✨ This resulted in a small change that felt meaningful to HER. The conversation before treatment matters just as much as the treatment itself, if not more.

Do you know what your goal is? Even if you don’t, that’s what my consultations are for. 🤍
