In this fun and informative class, you will learn how to make your very own handcrafted soap bars. We'll teach you all the proper techniques for successful soap making, including all the important troubleshooting tips.

You will leave with your own bar of soap that we've made in class as well as a kit to take home so you can get started on your own soap making adventures.

Cost is $89 +GST and includes a complete soap making kit.

It's so scary when our little ones get sick, isn't it?

At Tilia we understand how stressful colds and congestion can be and that is why we created a line of wonderful product made especially for babies, toddlers (and even moms-to-be). Our "Congest-Ease" glycerin based tincture is made from gentle all organic herbs and vegetable glycerin, so you know it is the best quality for your little one. Our "Baby Breathe" essential oil and our "Children's Vapour Balm" are gentle blends for children and are designed to open the airways and kill germs. Our "Kid's Cold & Flu Bath" is a perfect way to ease aches, fever and congestion and can be used for any age. At Tilia Botanicals we are incredibly honoured to be able to practice herbalism on the traditional lands of the Ktunaxa people and to learn from the Lower Kootenay band elders about the plants of this area.

In recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation we will be closed on Wednesday September 30th. We encourage everyone to take time on this day to educate themselves on ways to support our First Nation peoples on their healing journey.

Wild Walk at Tilia!

We had such a fabulous time Sunday on our day long herbal harvesting and medicine making workshop. Perfect weather, an abundance of wild plants, and some of the best participants around 🌻

Much thanks to our incredible instructors - herbalist Michael Niezen, wild food harvester Laura Jany, wildcrafter/grower Zach Miller, and herbalist Rachel Beck. You are all so incredibly knowledgeable and so generous in sharing that knowledge. ❤️

We offer these day long harvesting classes several times a year, so if you'd like to join us, make sure you follow us on social media for updates on all of our scheduled classes and events. 🌿

This last week saw some incredible events in our community and we were so thrilled to be asked to be a part of these great events.

We had so much fun helping with the judging of the Wildcrafting section at this year's Fall Fair. We were completely in awe of the incredible hardwork of all their volunteers. Truly amazing!

The Corn Crickers are another fabulous bunch of people. Hardworking and dedicated, we were so happy to be asked to donate a gift basket to there silent auction.

And finally, it was such an honour to be able to support the "Su***de Prevention Awareness Walk" held in Creston last week. Truly inspiring, this event showed the importance of mental health support for people. We're sending love to everyone involved in the event ❤️

It is truly wonderful to be a part of this fantastic community. We love you Creston!
