I must say I was blown away today with the best costumer service I’ve seen in a very long time. I have got to give a shout out to Sullys skis and shoes. As a Footcare professional sometimes it can be hard to find the right shoes to properly fit your feet. I was pleasantly surprised with big selection of walking/ running shoes.
I was greeted by 2 knowledgeable ladies, Sophie and Michelle. I was further impressed by their invitation to sit while they found just the right shoe to fit my wide feet. Sophie knew my current orthodics needed a size bigger to fit properly.
If you have a hard time reaching your feet, that’s no problem because they ease your feet in and out of the shoes for you. YES! They even tie them! I walked out with new sneakers on my feet and a free pair of Brooks socks to top it off.
If you have never been there I would highly recommend them.
There is stairs to go down but if you need assistance there is a bell to ring and they will assist you in the lower door.
