All you have to do is show up! That's it, that is the first step in moving forward. Taking the time for your selfcare is very important. Without your health life is nothing. Why would you put yourself last when everything in your life needs you to show up as your best? Family, friends, work all will benefit. Taking the time to show up for you is the most important because when you are at your best it ripples to all other aspects of your life!

Today ask yourself what are you needing to feel more at peace? What are you needing to feel good in your body? Cleaner food? Wholesome cooked meals instead of fast food? Taking the time to ask yourself these questions are the first steps you can do to show up for yourself, for the answers you give are the key. They are letting you know where in your life needs improvements. What once was ok may not be for you now, as circumstances change. This post is to bring some clarity on energy sessions whether they are in person or at a distance. These are just some easy ways to help you understand. This whole world is full of similar energy exchanges but most tend not to look further into them.

So whether you are near or far each session will have an impact on you. Some clients prefer to receive distant sessions due to travel and they prefer to be in the comfort of their own home.

Time and Distance do not matter when it comes to Energy works. The only difference is your personal preference. Do we like in person? Yes, but sometimes we are unable to and the next best thing is a Distance session. Same results or even better as you are more at ease in your own/space.

Wow!!! Yesterday I was in Lethbridge at the Free Your Soul Market and the turn out was amazing! I have always loved attending the markets in Lethbridge. The support we got was really felt and seen!💗.

This practice isn't a one time deal and done. This is very important to implement throughout your life, days,weeks.

Taking this step will help keep you in check and make sure you are aligned with your goals. Starting your day with little check-ins to make sure your focus and actions are on point with what you are trying to achieve. This will be different for everyone but get a pen and paper and make a check off list. Follow it throughout the day to stay on track. If you find yourself getting distracted go back to the list.

Prioritizing your time and energy are very important. How many times have we looked back and thought geez all this time and I'm not where I thought I would be. Implementing these check-ins and holding yourself accountable will help. It is quite easy once you start, it will become like breathing, you wont have to give it much thought, it will become a much needed habit.

If you fail the first, second, third....ect just restart! The time is now to make the change, your future self will thank you!

There are so many different benefits from receiving Energy Sessions. I utilized the many gifts I have during each session. Like Reiki and the Spinal Flow Technique.

Each session is tailored to your individual needs bringing balance and harmony back into your body and mind. The everyday stressors we go through takes a toll and can cause physical and emotional symptoms. These can often be relieved with changing certain habits we may have, and by seeking outside help from different practitioners like me. There isn't usually a one fix all but trust you will know what you need at this time. You will be guided to the right people you just have to be open to the healing and the new. Sometimes not having all the answers but by following that inner voice to try something is very important. Taking action on bettering your life by trusting the process can allow that healing in. Today I am sharing a message from God/The Universe. Today slow down. Look at your situation. There are many little things that aren't in alignment with where you are trying to go. They are mini blocks that are standing in your way! The great news they are easily taken care of. Today ask yourself what are they? How can I change them? Clear the distractions so you can hear the answers.

Help is on the way. Through different people, we will change your path. You just have to be open to the change. FLOW, allow the new to enter. Keep watch of your time, energy and effort as they will be indicators to what is working and not. Trust you will know when the time comes on your next moves.
