It's Back to School season & holy smokes folks, it has been a busy week of piercing kiddos who cannot wait to show off their new sparkles when they head back into class next week!!

I've put together this post with info for booking childrens piercings including age requirements, how to book an appointment, what to bring for your appointments, and a quick DO's & DON'Ts guide to caring for your kiddos new piercings during healing!

As always - Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have, my DM's are open✨

A quick summary:
- I pierce lobes for children age 5 and up!!
- Anyone under the age of 16 being pierced will need to physically bring a government issued ID with them (we cannot accept a photo of ID for a minor); as well as also having a Parent or Legal Guardian present to sign consent forms & show their own government issued ID
- We always recommend eating within 3 hours of when you're being pierced.
- We always recommend booking in advance for minors rather than doing a walk-in, to help avoid disappointment due to lack of availability, or not having proper ID with you.
- If your child has swimming lessons, or any extra curriculars/classes in school that will have them going in a pool/lake/ocean/saunas & hot tubs (lol); ANY shared bodies of shared where there has been other humans/animals/contaminants; it is best to wait until after their swimming is finished to avoid significant risks for infection & moisture related complications.

I've been looking into getting an anodizer for our shop - the quick & simple explanation is that it would allow us to take our Implant Grade Titanium jewelry and *safely* make it into fun fashion colours for you!
I'm talking Pinks, Blues, Purples, and Greens!

And this would work on ALL of our titanium jewelry - all of our titanium decorative ends including balls, disks & shapes, prong & bezel set gems; as well as our flat back posts; curved, straight, and circular barbells!!
