Story time…..
I spent the last 2 days practicing what I preach daily to my family, friends and my amazing customers.
I have chronic muscle tension, and I’ve decided to make a decision try to stay on top of it using the amazing ladies & healing modalities I have access to just under my finger tips❤️

I started my day with a massage TDH Wellness. I walked in, it was quiet and cozy and I felt immediate ease in my body before we even began. Taylor is AMAZING! She worked out my insanely tight muscles and I literally floated across the hall for an egg session. You’d think since I am there all the time I’d use it all the time, but I always seem to be running out of there to one activity or the next🫤 I do pop myself in every once in a while but nothing is like having someone put you in the egg🥰 Stacey got me cozy and comfortable and I relaxed but actually stayed awake for most of the session which is a miracle 😅

This afternoon I had a MUCH NEEDED session with ✨MAGIC ✨ Jenny Innovative Therapeutic Massage - ITM. Why is she magic? She is magic because she works in the coolest intuitive way to release facia, drain lymph and get things moving that are essential to EVERYTHING. I could’ve cancelled today, I had a little one not feeling great but grandma saved the day! This allowed me to float out of my treatment with Jenny into Stacey’s Ground & Glow Studio to further help with my healing and had an epic 30 min red light session in the cozy warm sauna. That was the perfect ending to all I had done, I even had a little snooze in there, listening to beach vibes music, imagining myself on a 🏝️ instead of being blown away here 🌬️

After running kids here and there, I had one more thing to do. Jenny had told me to soak in the tub. I can’t remember the last time I did that , but I did it!

I feel like a brand new person! This reminded me that I don’t have to do things all at once, if I take the time every once in a while, a little at a time to pour into myself the way I love to pour into others, it will allow me to do more of that!

Now off to bed but not before I start my parasite 🪱 purge! Full moon is coming and we just got a restock!! Get in tomorrow and grab yours!!
