World Menopause Day is a reminder that the symptoms so many women have been quietly enduring are real, that their voices deserve to be heard, and that expert, evidence-based care for menopause is not a luxury. It is something every woman deserves access to.

ADHD Awareness Month is a reminder that ADHD does not look the same in everyone, and that the gap between who gets diagnosed and who gets overlooked has real consequences.

For decades, ADHD research focused almost exclusively on hyperactive boys, leaving generations of women and girls undiagnosed, misdiagnosed with anxiety or depression, and told that their struggles were personality flaws rather than neurological ones. That is slowly changing, but awareness is still the first step.
