The SOAR 2026 Indigenous Pitch Competition is one of my favourite events of the year! It was great to connect with so many amazing Indigenous entrepreneurs tonight. Congratulations to everyone who stepped up and pitched their businesses—it takes courage to share your vision.

🌿 Same-Day, No-Fee Counselling with Ashlee 🌿

Ashlee is a student counsellor at Elevate Counselling & Therapy who is currently completing her Master’s degree in Counselling. With a professional background in teaching, she brings warmth, patience, and a supportive approach to her work with clients.

Ashlee offers no-fee counselling appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, including same-day appointments when available. She has flexibility in her schedule, making it easier to access support when you need it.

Happy National Dog Day! 🐾💚

Meet Tallulah, our very loved grand-puppy and an occasional visitor here at Elevate.

When Tallulah comes to the office, she seems to know exactly what her job is: find a comfortable spot, offer a little companionship, and remind us that sometimes connection doesn’t need a lot of words.

There’s something special about the way dogs can help us slow down, feel grounded, and simply be present. For some of our clients, seeing Tallulah means a smile, a few scratches behind the ears, or a quiet four-legged friend nearby during a difficult moment.

Today we’re celebrating Tallulah—and all the dogs who bring comfort, laughter, connection, and love into our lives. 🐶❤️

Because sometimes the best support comes with four paws.
